Democratic William A Lowry's election campaign committee, Friends of Bill Lowry, spent $50,555 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lowry's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with 48.5% of this total ($14,250) going to Patrick Watson in Barrington. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lowry's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
