How did David Fagus spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic David Fagus's election campaign committee, Democratic Party of the 49th Ward, spent $19,780 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
