How did Chris Kennedy spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Chris Kennedy's election campaign committee, Kennedy for Illinois, spent $3,906,372 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kennedy's committee spent the most on television media in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,440,932) going to Adelstein and Associates in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kennedy's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
