How did Lamont J Robinson spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Lamont J Robinson's election campaign committee, Friends to Elect Lamont Robinson, spent $827,120 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Robinson's committee spent the most on broadcast tv in the quarter, with all those payments ($200,000) going to Adelstein & Associates in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Robinson's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
