How did Ameya Pawar spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Ameya Pawar's election campaign committee, Friends of Ameya Pawar, spent $3,186 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pawar's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,500) going to Jim Poole in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pawar's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
