Non partisan Carlos Rosa's election campaign committee, Carlos for Chicago, spent $3,506 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rosa's committee spent the most on banners & t-shirts in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,076) going to Minuteman Press Chicago in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rosa's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
