Chicago alderman candidate Joseph A Moore returns $2,500 contribution from Bill Gold

The campaign committee of Chicago alderman candidate Joseph A Moore, Citizens for Joe Moore, returned a $2,500 contribution from Bill Gold on Oct. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Gold has not made any other contributions to Joseph A Moore in the past 12 months.
