Chicago alderman candidate Joseph A Moore returns $500 contribution from Haymarket Group

The campaign committee of Chicago alderman candidate Joseph A Moore, Citizens for Joe Moore, returned a $500 contribution from Haymarket Group on July 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Haymarket Group has not made any other contributions to Joseph A Moore in the past 12 months.
