alderman candidate George A Cardenas returns $200 contribution from John J. Rock

The campaign committee of alderman candidate George A Cardenas, Friends of George A Cardenas, returned a $200 contribution from John J. Rock on July 17, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Rock has not made any other contributions to George A Cardenas in the past 12 months.
