Chicago mayor candidate Rahm Emanuel returns $500 contribution from Lodge Management Corporation

The campaign committee of Chicago mayor candidate Rahm Emanuel, Chicago for Rahm Emanuel, returned a $500 contribution from Lodge Management Corporation on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Lodge Management Corporation has not made any other contributions to Rahm Emanuel in the past 12 months.
