The campaign committee of judge (Cook County Subcircuit) candidate Richard C Cooke, Committee to Elect Richard C Cooke, returned a $38,148.92 contribution from North and Kedzie Service, Inc. on Jan. 11, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. North and Kedzie Service, Inc. has not made any other contributions to Richard C Cooke in the past 12 months.
