treasurer candidate Peter Gariepy returns $250 contribution from Adrian Demko

The campaign committee of treasurer candidate Peter Gariepy, Friends of Peter Gariepy, returned a $250 contribution from Adrian Demko on Oct. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Demko has not made any other contributions to Peter Gariepy in the past 12 months.
