comptroller candidate Susana Mendoza returns $3,500 contribution from Interra Realty, LLC

The campaign committee of comptroller candidate Susana Mendoza, Susana Mendoza For Mayor, returned a $3,500 contribution from Interra Realty, LLC on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Interra Realty, LLC has not made any other contributions to Susana Mendoza in the past 12 months.
