state senator 10th district candidate John G Mulroe returns $1,500 contribution from Walmart Stores Inc

The campaign committee of state senator 10th district candidate John G Mulroe, Friends for Mulroe, returned a $1,500 contribution from Walmart Stores Inc on April 13, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Walmart Stores Inc has not made any other contributions to John G Mulroe in the past 12 months.
