lieutenant governor candidate Juliana Stratton returns $1,000 contribution from Illinois Medical Society PAC

The campaign committee of lieutenant governor candidate Juliana Stratton, Friends of Juliana Stratton, returned a $1,000 contribution from Illinois Medical Society PAC on Jan. 16, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Illinois Medical Society PAC has not made any other contributions to Juliana Stratton in the past 12 months.
