The campaign committee of lieutenant governor candidate Juliana Stratton, Friends of Juliana Stratton, returned a $1,250 contribution from Gloria Kelios on April 16, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Kelios has not made any other contributions to Juliana Stratton in the past 12 months.
