Chicago city treasurer candidate Kurt A Summers, Jr returns $3,500 contribution from Milhouse Engineering & Construction

The campaign committee of Chicago city treasurer candidate Kurt A Summers, Jr, Summers for Chicago, returned a $3,500 contribution from Milhouse Engineering & Construction on July 10, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Milhouse Engineering & Construction has not made any other contributions to Kurt A Summers, Jr in the past 12 months.
