The campaign committee of lieutenant governor candidate Juliana Stratton, Friends of Juliana Stratton, returned a $5,750 contribution from SEIU Healthcare Illinois Indiana PAC on Jan. 16, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. SEIU Healthcare Illinois Indiana PAC has not made any other contributions to Juliana Stratton in the past 12 months.
