North Center home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in North Center, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $137,000 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $667,000 - a 25.8% increase over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in North Center in the first quarter of 2016.
