Ukrainian Village home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $39,250 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $539,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $499,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in the first quarter of 2016.
