Lincoln Square home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Square, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $183,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,000 - a 30.1% decrease over the $607,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Square in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
