Sauganash home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Sauganash, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $303,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Sauganash in the first quarter of 2016.
