North Mayfair home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in North Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 54.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in North Mayfair in the first quarter of 2016.
