Hermosa home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hermosa, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 15% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Hermosa in the first quarter of 2016.
