O'Hare home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in O'Hare, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in O'Hare in the first quarter of 2016.
