Archer Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Archer Heights, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Archer Heights in the first quarter of 2016.
