Forest Glen home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Forest Glen, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $155,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 56.4% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Forest Glen in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
