East Side home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in East Side, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $20,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 46 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $72,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in East Side in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
