Gresham home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Gresham, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $11,250 while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $55,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Gresham in the first quarter of 2016.
