West Englewood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in West Englewood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $24,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in West Englewood in the first quarter of 2016.
