Greektown home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Greektown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $187,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,500 - a 32.3% decrease over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Greektown in the fourth quarter of 2016.
