Oriole Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Oriole Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 18.5% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Oriole Park in the fourth quarter of 2016.
