West Town home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in West Town, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $467,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in West Town in the second quarter of 2017.
