Streeterville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Streeterville, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Streeterville in the second quarter of 2017.
