Bridgeport home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Bridgeport, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Bridgeport in the second quarter of 2017.
