Kenwood home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Kenwood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $276,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Kenwood in the second quarter of 2017.
