Englewood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Englewood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 45.5% increase over the $27,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Englewood in the third quarter of 2017.
