North Center home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in North Center, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $111,250 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 177 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $563,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in North Center in the first half of 2016.
