Schiller Park home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Schiller Park fell by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $186,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Schiller Park in the second half of 2016.
