Edgebrook home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Edgebrook, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $55,500 while total sales decreased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,000 - a 11% decrease over the $502,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Edgebrook in the second half of 2016.
