Streeterville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Streeterville, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Streeterville in the second half of 2016.
