North Park home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in North Park in the second half of 2016.
