Buena Park home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Buena Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,250 - a 5.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Buena Park in the second half of 2016.
