Chicago Lawn home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Chicago Lawn, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 45.4% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Chicago Lawn in the second half of 2016.
