West Rogers Park home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Rogers Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 326 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 398 homes sold in West Rogers Park in the first half of 2017.
