South Deering home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in South Deering, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,000 - a 38.2% increase over the $34,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in South Deering in the first half of 2017.
