Rosemont home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rosemont rose by $73,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,500 - a 38.5% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Rosemont in the second half of 2017.
