Schiller Park home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Schiller Park rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Schiller Park in the second half of 2017.
