Irving Park home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Irving Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 416 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,250 - a 7.4% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 456 homes sold in Irving Park in 2016.
