Mount Greenwood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mount Greenwood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 253 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Mount Greenwood in 2016.
